Seguin-Guadalupe County Coliseum

Our convention center can hold groups up to 1,200 -- or up to 1,000 for a seated meal, with the caterer of your choice using our kitchen facilities.
Off the main auditorium, four meeting rooms can be separated by folding partitions, providing flexible seating configurations.
Located on the Fairgrounds, with plenty of free parking, the Coliseum is near the famed Starcke Park and Golf Course.
Guadalupe County Fairgrounds

Facilities include a covered and lighted rodeo arena, practice arena, stables, livestock show barns, and a multi-purpose dance hall suitable for many uses, gazebo, RV hook-ups, and plenty of parking. The Texas High School Rodeo Hall of Fame, also located here, has its own meeting room. Here, too, is a baseball field with bleachers and lighting. The Chicago White Sox held spring training at this site in 1922 and 1923. The Fairgrounds was a location in filming the 1994 bull-riding movie "8 Seconds".

The Hein Dining Hall offers three conference rooms and a main dining area , available for meetings and conventions. Set on the handsomely landscaped TLU campus.
Jackson Auditorium seats 1,000. It provides a full proscenium stage with audiovisual equipment, theatrical curtains and lighting, and dressing rooms next to the stage. The lobby is also suitable for receptions.
The Silver Center

Housed in a handsomely renovated former supermarket. Generous rooms easily accommodate groups of 300 to 425 people, and with a fully equipped kitchen. Grand piano graces the comfortable lobby. The Seguin and Guadalupe County Senior Citizens Center has ample free parking.

The elegant Rose Room will accommodate small banquets and meetings. The high-ceilinged lobby of polished wood, brass, marble, and chickenwire tile can also be used for receptions. Ample parking spaces surround the classic former Aumont Hotel, designed by Atlee B. Ayers and built in 1916, in the historic downtown, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Women's Federated Club House

Located at the corner of N. River and East Ireland Streets, the Club House has seating for 75. Small kitchen facilities, handicap access. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Moore House

A beautiful Queen Anne style home of a relative-by-marriage and hunting partner of Teddy Roosevelt, now owned by Seguin Conservation Society. The spacious rooms display fine period pieces beneath high-ceilings. Holds 250 for receptions, about 75 for seated dinner. Modern kitchen for catering meals.
Sebastopol State Historical Park

This striking antebellum home was built in the mid-19th-century by a team of skilled slaves using local materials and experimenting with early formulas for concrete. Sebastopol's striking Greek Revival porch and wide stairs provide a stunning backdrop for outdoor weddings and special events held on the handsomely landscaped grounds, partly shaded by live oaks, surrounded by a gorgeous hedge of antique roses in bloom for more than half the year.

Two pavilions offer great locations for outdoor events.
Both are within a stroll of a wave pool and wading pool, playscape, picnic areas (some roofed tables and some with barbeque pits), fishing pier, and other recreational facilities spread beneath stately pecan trees and towering cypresses stretching along the beautiful Guadalupe River. Walking-jogging path and a scenic River Drive. And a famed championship golf course.
Nolte Island

A pavilion and facilities for volleyball, horseshoes, and baseball, as well as a playgrounds for the little ones, on an island in Meadow Lake on the beautiful Guadalupe River. Owned by the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority.

Special event facilities for large and small. A great place to host large corporate gatherings, themed parties, weddings, reunions or special events. A mid-sized enclosed hall with a balcony overlooking the Cibolo Creek is a perfect setting for any event.
Seguin Outdoor Learning Center

On a lovely wooded tract bordered by Geronimo Creek, with a multi-purpose center for mid-size group meetings, a pavilion seating 250, and adventure learning classes. A ropes course and nature trail provide further enjoyable outdoor experiences. A challenge course features 14 low elements, 4 high elements, and a tower with a climbing-rappelling wall and zip line.
